Supply Chain Monitoring
A challenge in increasingly complex supply chains and organizations is to manage and supervise a network of trading partners, facilities and systems. The idea of monitoring is to be able to discover disturbances in operations quickly, so that you can intervene to minimize the consequences.
Delaware offers solutions for monitoring on several levels:
- You can measure the performance of your supply chain in SAP BI, e.g. production performance or delivery performance, by tracking key performance indicators. We have templates available, like for instance for controlling customer service levels and production yield reporting.
- With SAP Mii (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) you can keep track of shop-floor operations. It allows you to align them with business operations in SAP ERP. It ensures that all data that affects manufacturing is visible in real time – including information about orders, materials, equipment status, costs, and product quality.
- With the SAP Event Management application, your company can manage the full range of events taking place across the value chain, involving procurement, production, and order fulfillment processes, inventories, assets, and partners. You capture event information for analyzing it against preset milestones, next alert appropriate parties when there is a discrepancy.
