After my first interview, I knew it for sure: I want to work for Delaware!

I haven’t regretted my decision for one second. The internal atmosphere is amazing. Everybody is there to help the new employees and give us all the advice and information we need.

I am really looking forward to the coming years at Delaware. It doesn’t matter which function you have, everyone treats you the same. The word sir/madam is not a word you will find in the Delaware dictionary. I love the young dynamic.
